"Food is 10/10. In all fairness the food is delicious. Customer service? 1/10. Servers/ Duty Managers are rude. I know, as of the moment, NZ is struggling with regards to staff and employment and work loads and STRESS are getting heavier in any establishments, BUT thats not the reason to be rude WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. We called our server as we are ready to order, and she responded “QUICK, I’m in a hurry, what do you want”? And we asked for a service water to another male server and he just looker at us and did nothing. You need to train your servers and Duty Managers as that is not how you show a good customer service. I still wish success and prosperity to your business. Thanks."
