"It's probably been almost 2yrs since I've been here, but my return was amazing. You always manage to have good people working for you. I've never had a bad customer service experience. Today I got waited on by Aliyah. They were awesome and will definitely be part of the reason I come back! Give Aliyah whatever kudos you have to give cuz they deserve it!"

"The food here is on par with other Panera Bread locations. It was absolutely rammed in here. They were quick to take our order at the cash, but there was a decent wait for our food. The manager yelling out names was very confusing with how items were coming out. There were several times he would call a name, then turn and start chatting with someone while a customer waited to pick up their food from him. It was definitely a bit disorganized. "My friend and I were there yesterday, it was delicious!! I had two tacos that were corn and I am gluten-free and I have the soft shell and it was delicious and I got no reaction to all my only complaint is the Wi-Fi that I asked the server if they happen to know what the password was and their answer was” I don’t know “ personally thought that was a bit rude. I usually mean when I asked someone when I went to other places to get the Wi-Fi, even if they don't know if they at least check or at least someone tell me that I am the password. they were okay otherwise, but if they want people to be able to connect with the Wi-Fi, they should at least have the password available otherwise great place and food"

"I was in the area and came upon this restaurant and bar. Started out with a big ditch hayburner ipa to quench my thirst. Pretty decent menu. They're known for seafood however Im trying a classic beef on weck. Cooked rare with horseradish on the side. As a longtime buffalo resident I was not excited with the bun on my sandwich it was kimmelwick with the caraway seed and salt on top. But it was a soft bun almost like a supermarket bought bun. That being said it was fine just not what I expected. The beef was tender if a tad overdone for my taste. My server showed me the sliced beef before it was made into a sandwich but the kitchen left it in the au jus a little too long but tender and tasty just the same. French fries were good not greasy and went well with the malt vinegar I requested. A couple of dill slices on the side were delicious. I will return to see how the seafood dishes are prepared."

Used to be the best and my go to place, but they 've raised prices beyond their competition, the subs are significantly smaller than before, and they now add a surcharge if you use a credit card. We now patronize the other local places that are trying harder to provide good value."
