"We organized a weekend with family, and rented the whole castle, with meals on Saturday evening and brunch on Sunday morning. The places are great for large and small, the rooms are clean and very practical. Sanitary in common but large enough on each floor, and very clean. The site team is listening, available and flexible. The meals were good, good quality of products at brunch (both organic and local and small extras well appreciated! It must be understood that it is a place managed by an association, and especially intended to accommodate green classes and other holiday cottages. Don't come for a 5-star hotel with gastronomic meals and palace staff in three-legged suits. But to spend good moments, in a beautiful setting, with everything you need to be comfortable without superfluous but with the luxury of space and nature, then it's perfect! We are planning to go back, all the guests have been delighted, and our feast is a very nice success: GREAT MERCI"

"Don’t let the humble appearance of this village restaurant fool you – it is simply top-notch. The service is highly attentive, and the waitresses are happy to explain the menu featuring plenty of local specialties, and even offer suggestions for the undecided. The food was delicious. We had the tarte flambée with Munster cheese, the sorcerer’s plate, which was an omelette with gizzards (it’s really a lot more delicious than it sounds) and the fleischscnacka, which is rolled-up pasta with pot-au-feu meat stuffing, sort of an Alsatian version of a ravioli if you will. These were served with salad and sautéed potatoes, the latter of which done to perfection. The portions were truly generous, so go with your appetites prepared; they doggy-bagged our leftovers, which were enough to make another meal. The most remarkable point about this restaurant however, is the decoration. The place has a theme of sorcery and witchcraft, in tribute to the local legend of witches who apparently gathered under the cross on the hill in the village (or so we were told by the waitress). We found it great value-for-money, having paid about 60 euros for four wines, an entrée, two mains and a dessert. Highly recommend it!"
