".... annoying because we have tried to get fresh and tasty rolls from fairness to the “Bäckerei Bernhardt” (the filiale in bad nenndorf, here), but as in past we were disappointed again. for us these are the worst in comparison, with the four other traditional bakeries in bad nenndorf, from our appreciation. we had been looking forward to the crispy rolling freshly from the baker and were disappointed again to scal. but not only we, also our well-known confirm that these rolling of “Bäckerei Bernhardt” are simply not crispy, as one imagines a perfect hate and also not as we know from the other bakers here at the place. the rolls of the “Bäckerei Bernhardt” were every time puffy and tough as if they were lying somewhere long ago. the slogan of “Bäckerei bernhardt; “We deliver “premium quality”, is not true here in any way. I’m really sorry as we had promised a competition in bakery craft with the new filiale in bad nenndorf (after insolvenz the backstube siebrecht about 1 year ago) they only have to compare which bakers are visited well in the morning, then they also know where there are delicious breads. we recommend that the “Bäckerei Bernhardt” (like many other bakeries in bad nenndorf and environs) is subject to voluntary self-control (e.g. iqback Institute for Quality Assurance of Bakers) in order to be able to carry out the slogan “Premium quality”. for us, these rolling unfortunately have no “premium quality”. note: the voluntary self-control is thought to be support for bakers who want to improve their products. they cover weakened in the production process and give recommendations for improvement."

"The castle in bad nenndorf is a very nice caffe with a unique ambience.Simply ideally located, for stylish parties and a solid and an ideal meeting place,for a family stylish Sunday afternoon coffee, before or after a beautiful walk. from the café, you have a wonderful view of the promenade and the spa park.Also we have met with friends, coffee and cake.Since we were here very early, we were able to choose our table (up to three exceptions), still themselves.In the entrance of the “Schlösschen” which is located in a historical building in the spa park of bad nenndorf, you must pass the kuchen in the entrance area. here you have the opportunity to choose a piece of cake.The reception when entering the caffe was friendly, but also snippy. because in memory of an earlier visit, I asked for the “Frankfurter Kranz” which I could not see this time. “There is no more of these cakes here, and in addition we buy nothing from the baker “xyz”, we get our cake from Hannover now” (35 km from bad nenndorf), was the snippy answer of the service behind the theke. oops!, but there are enough confectionery/bakery here in bad nenndorf.
