"Very good Vietnames and Thai combo restaurant. Both the spring roll and fried rolls as appetizers were tasty. Pho (special pho) had clean but rich flavored taste. Pad Thai had a bit stronger (saltiness) taste than usual at other restaurants but in a better way. The negative was on the sautéed eggplant with chicken which was quite watery, losing the thicke, flamed sauce that cling to the chunks for better integration of flavors. The other negative is the amount of protein in the pho not enough for the price, IMO. Anyway, good service and (mostly) good food makes the restaurant not quite 5 but a 4.5 star place."
A visit to Pho Thai Nam becomes even more rewarding due to the extensive diversity of coffee and tea specialties, Furthermore, the customers love the inventive combination of different dishes with new and partially experimental products - a nice example of successful Asian Fusion. "Our Pineapple fried rice was burned; it should not have been served. The See-ew had no flavor; tasted like oily noodles. The Drunken Noodles were good. Finally last but not least the Pad Thai noodles were excellent moist and tasty. Unfortunately, I'll not return to Thai Orchard only because the pineapple rice should have NOT been served to a customer. The chef obviously doesn't care about serving a quality dish. How do you not see and smell burnt food?"

"The dumplings were good as long as they were hot but they got cold fast. The pineapple fried rice was outstanding...the pineapples were the star of the show for sure and the Duck was good but the curry was orange and tasted cheesy and Im not even sure if there was any cheese in it which is weird. Not a fan of the ChuChee Duck but like I said the Pineapple Fried Rice was amazing."

"We sat in a booth for 2 or 4 people. The staff was very accommodating and polite! The service is great. We really enjoyed the fresh sushi and their drink menu is awesome. I ordered a martini and substituted the vodka for tequila without a blink. The decor has a cool vibe and is clean."
