"Horrible service and lack of any donuts whatsoever. Every time we go to this place, they always run out of donuts. Hardly any variety! On a Sunday, you should never run out of donuts, but this location always does. So shameful and terribly run buisness and everyone in there has an attitude. Their first priority should be the customers, and it’s very evident that they don’t care about you at all. Every time you walk in there, you get the feeling that everyone is annoyed. The other Oswego one on orchard road is much better! They always have a supply on donuts. And everyone there is extremely friendly and caring! If your in the area, only go to the orchard location, or else you will be disappointed and you will regret it so much."

"Food is fresh. It's obvious that the scrambled eggs don't come from a carton. Everything I've ordered has been really good but the biggest thumbs up are the portions. You leave full but not your traditional breakfast joint where you over eat and still throw out half a meal. Only gave it four stars cause, what is perfect, really"

"The shop itself was super cute but the coffee was mediocre. My daughter and I both ordered iced caramel lattes and we both thought they were just OK. I'm not a fan of iced carmel lattes with actual caramel sauce in them (and no syrup) as the sauce just never mixes well at all and you end up with clumps of caramel when you drink. I will give them a try again at some point but try hot vs. iced to see if that is any better. Can't speak about the other drinks they serve as this was all we tried so maybe other options are better."

Very cozy and comfortable place. Your staff here are really great, from the baristas, crew and managers, all are very accommodating. You will never regret visiting this place. Everyone here is really nice and friendly. Very friendly place and very personable staff. Coffee and food here is really worth every penny, all their food on the menu has a good price and it is worth trying. Your coffee here is truly unique, it has an amazing aroma, its baristas made it perfection, and it is very delicious.
