"Das Café liegt am Eingang des Püttlachtals in ruhiger Umgebung. Speisen und Getränke (in unserem Fall drei verschiedene Torten, Kaffee und Cappuccino) sind weder besonders gut, noch besonders schlecht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hingegen ist am unteren Ende der Skala einzuordnen. Was allerdings am schwersten wiegt ist das unfreundliche Personal, das von einer noch weniger umgänglichen Chefin übertroffen wird. Ein Beispiel: Obwohl wir drei Kleinkinder dabei hatten, die draußen spielten, wurde uns untersagt, uns an die Tische in deren Nähe zu setzen: Da an diesen Tischen nicht bedient würde, dürfe man sich dort auch nicht setzen. Diese Information wurde uns recht barsch von der Bedienung mitgeteilt. Als wie unser Unverständnis äußerten, kam die Chefin persönlich - nicht jedoch, um sich zu entschuldigen, sondern um uns vor die Wahl zu stellen: Entweder Tisch wechseln, oder gehen. Die schöne Lage des Cafés erlaubt dem Personal scheinbar eine gewisse Ruppigkeit, sie entschuldigt aber nicht eine solche Unfreundlichkeit."
