"Not that CiCi’s was never known for great pizza, the quality of the food continues to go down and the prices continue to rise. This was probably my last visit. Not to mention that two hours prior to closing, they had 75% of the seating closed off so they didn’t have much to clean when they closed. They also closed the restrooms an hour before closing."

"The pizzas were great! We tried a mac and cheese pizza, which was very tasty. The salad and soup bar was very good. I only wish the pasta bar had more than one pasta."

"If you drive in the knoxville/ Kingston pike area careful of one of their drivers driving a Ford f150 with military stickers all over the back of it. Was driving home and he almost runs me off the road, tried to make a complaint to management and was told there's nothing they can do due to short staffing."

"I love this place so much! My family and I discovered Empire pizza six years ago when they were called 'I love new York pizza '. We ate there about three times a week. My husband and I were in Knoxville and decided to eat here, it was his first time and he loved it just as much as I do! The pizza is so delicious. Their pasta is also amazing! You honestly can 't go wrong with Empire pizza. They have great lunch specials and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend to anyone in the Smokies...whether it be for vacation or if you live in the area, you have to try it!!!!! Five stars!"

"Update: the manager Chris called me personally and we spoke at length about the experience. He went above and beyond to fix the situation. The customer service shined through. I just wish that I had been able to speak to him or someone in the store the night of the order, it would have changed everything. Upgrading the review but holding out on that final star until we try once more and see how it goes. Thank you Chris for making things right! Second time ordering from this location and both pizzas have been under done. We thought initially it was just the hand tossed crust so the second pizza we ordered was pan but it was the same issue. You pick up the pizza and it just flops over totally soft on the underside, no crisp at all to the crust. Making it worse yet is that customer service for them has been outsourcrd so we could not get through to a manager in the store all you get is a busy signal for existing order issues. No way to resolve issues. Zero customer service earns you a whopping two stars for the flavor of wings only. Their wings are always great but the pizza is thumbs down and customer service double thumbs down."
