"The pizza was not cut and the bun was way too thin, dry and raw in the middle. Barely any topping and the cheese had an odd smell. I am giving up on Peppes. At least the pizza was edible back in the days."

"I've been a long time customer at Basarene. I would say I go there at least twice a month since it opened. Today I went with family (2 kids) and they weren't able to make pizza for the kids because they were changing menu from lunch to dinner in 40 mins. Although lunch is to 16.00, they closed the menu 40 mins before. The customer service has dropped off a lot in the last few months. I've had good experiences in the past, so I am willing to change this review if they actually make adjustments in how they treat customers."
