"Here at 11 o'clock and again at 10 o'clock. the load was occupied shortly in the morning when two employees were sick. who were there, we do really well under pressure, but still a good friendly service. the staff in the evening was also short staff and tried to close, but still served as the roller shutters close. well done to all employees on Sunday"

"The worst place I’ve ever eaten. On arrival 3 members of staff behind the counter, not one asked what we would like. Eventually a member of staff came out of the kitchen and after repeating my order it was finally taken. There were plenty empty tables not one had been cleaned. I had to return to counter to get serviettes to be rudely asked did I need that many. I replied it was to wipe the table to be rudely told “we have been busy you know “ I didn’t know you had been busy and it was amazing to see 3 of you suddenly go and clean tables. I would not recommend this place to anyone"

"Free parking nice places to eat and last of shops superdry must say I loved the sweet shop lol the beauty salon was fantastic great prices I was with the work and some of them were in wheelchairs, but they also loved it and there was much space to move the chairs easily will go back and very soon"

"Awful check in service. Receptionist was late off shift and showed her anger. Her words “ I’m due off but I’m going to do you a favour and check you in” After she was relieved our 2 rooms were allocated, 40 and 39, our teenage children next to us. Another receptionist pitched in that we can’t have 39 as it was allocated, same with next offer of room 32. My children ended up on the next floor down. Our restaurant bills were all messed up. On check out we were apparently under charged, and we were telephoned on our way home and told we needed to pay over the phone another £98. When we queried this, as this was wrong, it came down to around 50 and then further reduced because of all the mistakes to 20 something. I have been emailed to ask for payment and I’ve emailed back to get a fully itemised bill, of course 3 days later I have not received this. I’m not sure anyone there knows what they are doing. And one last thing, a barman refused to pour us a Guinness because he said he didn’t work on that bar and that we’d have to wait for the person who did. We ordered a pot of tea for 2 also and this was left on the bar and the lady serving shouted over for us to come and collect it. This is not service, this is shoddy mismanaged, under trained, under enthused and possibly under paid staff. A very poor experience Food drinks: Nothing to write home about. Breakfast was poor. Sausages not cooked, hash browns you could knock a nail in with, coffee cold, I could go on."

"Female standing at entrance door wouldn't let us in unless we had track and trace ap! First time I have been told that we need to scan into a building. When told that I didn't have ap but I was happy to leave details she said that they not allowed to ask for this due to data protection! She then got quite stroppy when we pointed out leaving details does not breach data protection. Anyway long story short is their barcode wasn't letting my other family member scan us in so staff member said we would have to go onto the website and do it manually! What a shambles. We went elsewhere and had a lovely coffee with much better informed friendly staff."

"We waited 15 minutes for 2 mini fillets rolls as we paid by cash the girl kept on serving people who ordered online or by their phone our order was sitting on their shelf for about 10 minutes I was just about to ask her when she was going to do my order when she started to do my order this was unacceptable as we only had 20 minute bus break we had to eat our food on the bus the bus driver said we were not allowed this on the bus but he let us when I explained the circumstances once again this was unacceptable behavior from kentucky staff as all customers should be treated the same by the way mini fillets were not that hot when we eventually got them"
