"Unfortunately this wasn't the best dining experience. Ordered and payed for 2 Angus combos. 5 minutes later they informed us there were no Angus burgers left but if we waited another 7 minutes there would be. No big deal, we said ok and waited. When burgers had been received and dressed, the onion rings weren't ready. Another few minutes and they brought 1 order of fries and 1 order of onion rings. We told them and they made another order and brought it to us . The tables in the area were not wiped clean on several areas. When we left, the garbage cans were stuffed full and excess garbage was overflowing. There were also trays on top loaded with garbage as there was no place to put it. We had no choice but to put ours on top too. went back to the cash and informed them of the mess before leaving. The girl said she would send someone over. This location (Wyecroft Road in Oakville) is beside a movie theater and it was 6:40, so they could have been previously busy, but I believe they should have been better organized."

"Stopped by this Hero Burgers location for lunch on Sunday, picked up two veggie burgers for us and a Chicken Strips for my 5 year old (his favorite meal from HCB until this day). While taking the first few bites he mentioned that the chicken strips were cooked little different today not thinking much of it at the time (and we regret not tasting it first before feeding it to him) we carried on munching on our burgers and he continued on with his Chicken strips.An hour or two later after we got back home, he started puking. By the time we put him to bed he had puked two times I had to take a day off next day to take him to doctor's and get all the check-ups done turned out to be an acute case of food positioning.This used to be our favorite fast food brand and always enjoyed their burgers, not anymore. Meat products (specially Chicken) needs very careful handling and strict standards it's clear that our chicken strips were stale and shouldn't have been served.Two days off from school, one day work off not to mention, the physical and mental suffering we went through seeing your little one n this condition, just because someone thought it'd be ok selling stale chicken.Never going back to Hero Burgers again."

"The WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. Got food poisoning from the absolute greasiest burger I have ever seen (even by fast food standards). Tried them again today almost 3 months later. And it was DISGUSTINGLY greasy. Grease through the wrapping paper AND the paper bag from a jr cheesburger deluxe. Literally not edible. Avoid this Wendy’s."

"THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS EXTREME WORST.!!!!!!!!! First message sent via messenger Dec 9th 2021 at 9:12pm To whom it may concern, First I like to say my first job was a line cook at Burger King, I have been a very loyal customer for over 30 years and still say the Whopper is Superior to any fast food burger hands down! I have order Burger King through Skip the Dishes many times but I'm very sad and extremely frustrated of what happened today Dec 9 2021 when I ordered my usual Whopper with cheese combo and a Crispy Ceasar chicken salad for my girlfriend. The last 2 times we received RANCH DRESSING with our order and yes we sent complaints and received a refund for the salad. So this time I added on the Skip the Dishes order please send Ceasar dressing NOT RANCH DRESSING! To my surprise we received RANCH DRESSING again..... I had to eat my meal in front of my girlfriend as she does not like RANCH DRESSING. I was alittle frustrated so I called the Burger King which is located at 1289-1297 Marlborough Ct, Oakville, ON L6H 2R9 I asked to speak to a manager and was advised I was talking to a manager. I then went on to advise this has been 3 times I've ordered the Crispy chicken Ceasar salad and received RANCH DRESSING. She then replied we have no Ceasar dressing so we send RANCH. I was don't have a crystal ball or read minds but if I knew that we would not order the Crispy chicken Ceasar salad. She advised nothing she could do and hung up the phone. I was dumbfounded and taken back at her lack of customer service and disrespect on hanging up the phone. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years and to be disrespected like this is absolutely disgusting and wrong. Basically it would be the same if I ordered A Whopper and received a hamburger and when advising I received a hamburger was told sorry we have no Whoppers. This has left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I am seriously thinking of never ordering or walking into another Burger King again. How this woman is a manager that represents the Burger King brand is beyond words. These days everything is blamed on the pandemic but providing customer service should not waiver. From a very frustrated customer. Dec 9th Direct call at 8:20pm to advise of the situation of being sent 3 Ranch Dressings when ordering the Crispy Chicken Ceasar salad. Asked to speak to a customer service manager which she advised she was. Told her my concern and please see below what has transpired since. Burger King Store located at 1289-1297 Marlborough Court Oakville Ontario. Second call to direct restaurant Dec 27th at 9:33 advised no manager on-site and still don't have Ceasar dressing. First call... to Public relations/Customer Service 1866 394 2493 Dec 30th 2021 at 10:39pm call last 7min 52 sec to advise the disrespect of a customer service manager hanging up the phone and I'd like to escalate to a area manager. Second call...Jan 6th 2022 at 11:00pm call lasted 25min 14 sec advised the situation was escalated and promised that a customer service representative will contact me no later than Jan 14th 2022. 3rd call.... Jan 16th 2022 at 4:11pm call lasted 17min 56 sec again advised no call and was told I'd receive a call within 3 business days. Emailed [email protected] Dec 19th and received a reply with case number 3904255. 4th call ....to Public relations/customer service 1 866 394 2493 Jan 21st 2022 at 3:37pm call lasted 24min 50 sec rep was named Christa explained the situation again and she advised the situation has been escalated 3 times. She provided ticket number 3931159 and advised a area manager will contact me within 5 business days. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS EXTREME WORST.!!!!!!!!!"

"My colleague, Steve, and I had lunch today at Swiss Chalet.<br/ <br/ I'd had the Cheesy Chicken Bacon Penne for lunch. I'd had it there last month and it was delicious ... cheesy and loaded with chicken and bacon. It was so delicious that I had it a couple days later at the Swiss Chalet near where I work and it was a disappointment ... it wasn't the same at all. Though there wasn't as much chicken or bacon as the last time I was there, today it was very good ... soooo cheesy. They need to work on their quality control, though, to ensure this dish is consistent in the same restaurant but also across the chain. <br/ <br/ Steve ordered the Slow Roasted Rotisserie Beef Kaiser with cheese. He said it was okay.<br/ <br/ I'd go back for this pasta again!"
