"So I was looking for rock fish to make for dinner along with scallops. We happened to find Modesto Fish on the internet. This place is out in the county. It's a large tin building. At first I was Leary of going inside thinking they deal with only commercial accounts. I was wrong. They serve everyone. They have meats, seafood and other cooking items like sauces and aluminum trays. I bought two pounds of frozen scallops at a super cheap price and two pounds of wild cod. They were out of the large scallops. Still the smaller scallops were a decent size. Bigger than a quarter for sure. Not them small dime size scallops you see in a frozen bag. I was worried the scallops were going to be horrible since they're cheap. I get home and began to thaw the fish and scallops. Wow. The scallops had zero fishing smell. Once thawed, I pan seared the scallops and the wild cod with brown butter lemon sauce. AMAZING! I am totally returning to Modesto Fish to fulfill my seafood needs. I will also try their meats and chicken. I can't wait."

"We love this place! Have been coming here for 10+ years, and the quality of the fish overall is best in Turlock! Even after the ownership name changed, the main chefs and staff are the same. It?s nice to see familiar faces and get the same taste of our favorite rolls time and over again. Even when we take it to go, it?s nicely presented and yum."

"Quick service and better then most taco trucks! Walked in and placed a 'to-go ' order and within less then 10 min, it was ready. Food tasted great and consistent. Many choices on the menus including breakfast. Veggie burritos were delicious and shredded chicken burritos were great too. We have a vegetarian in the family and glad they offer veggie items. Must try for quick 'taco truck ' style places and you can eat outside or inside ."

"Ordered the the sausage and eggs as usual. And as usual the eggs aren 't prepared to order. Usually I order them over easy and Huckleberry 's cooks them hard as a rock. The very sight of hard, crispy eggs makes me feel queasy. I thought I 'd fool them today and order my eggs easy poached . Aha! they can 't screw that up! WRONG! once again I get hard yolks! No creamy yolk to dip my toast in. The sad truth is that only one breakfast type restaurant on the Door Dash app knows how to prepare over easy eggs. It is the My Garden Cafe. The bad news is THEY DON 'T DELIVER!"
