"Placed a large pre-order for a child 's birthday. The order was made by a specific time, as the entertainment program for guests was supposed to be calculated by the minute. When placing an order, the administrator said that two hours before delivery, she would definitely call back and clarify the number of servings. There was no call at the indicated time, and after 10 minutes no one called. I contacted the delivery service, I wanted to reduce the number of positions. I was told that this is not possible, as the order is already being prepared. In the same conversation, I once again emphasized that it was important for me to receive the order exactly on time. I was assured that there would be no problems. As a result, the delivery was not carried out by the appointed time. The courier was 15 minutes late. All this time I tried to get through to the operator, but no one picked up the phone, or the calls were dropped. Thank you, Don Pizza for spoiling the mood! All these 15 minutes of waiting, hungry guests sat at an empty table. This is the first time I 've been in such an awkward situation. I will never use this service again and would not recommend to my friends and family. Делала предварительный достаточно большой заказ на день рождения ребёнка. Заказ делался к конкретному времени, так как предполагалась развлекательная программа для гостей, рассчитанная по минутам. При оформлении заказа, администратор сказала, что за два часа до доставки обязательно перезвонит и уточнит количество порций. В указанное время звонка не было, и через 10 минут никто не позвонил. Я связалась со службой доставки, хотела сократить количество позиций. Мне ответили, что это невозможно, так как заказ уже готовится. В этом же разговоре я ещё раз подчеркнула, что мне важно получить заказ точно по времени. Меня уверили, что проблем не будет. В результате, к назначенному часу доставка осуществлена не была. Курьер опоздал на 15 минут. Все это время я пыталась дозвониться до оператора, но никто не брал трубку, либо звонки сбрасывались. Спасибо, «Дон Пицца» за испорченное настроение! Все эти 15 минут ожидания за пустым столом сидели голодные гости. В такой неловкой ситуации я оказалась в первый раз. Больше услугами этого заведения не пользуюсь и не рекомендую своим друзьям и знакомым."
