"The room is quite small as is the bathroom where you don't need to be very tall to fit into the shower cubicle. The bedding is quite comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom are clean even if everything seems dilapidated. The breakfast is very good, there are sweet and savory options, fruits and fruit juices. Anything I like. The staff is very friendly. For the restaurant: The salmon gravlax only had the name gravlax, no marinade, no pink berries and dill, in short smoked salmon, that's all. For the Ardéchois meat tartare, the meat was white which indicates a lot of nerve and at this level I was not disappointed... no seasoning (ketchup, English sauce and no Tabasco... Parmesan. ..it was the crusts of the cheese that I left on the edge of the plate...they must have seen it in the kitchen...and the dish of the day, the parsley liver, was way overcooked to the point of burnt... the tiramisu as a starter was a failure, much too liquid and gelatin at the bottom... in short... we didn't like it even though the staff were smiling and professional... the problem came from the kitchen."
