"The food is good, and the service is generally good as well. I only advise you to be cautious ordering online. They're still working out the kinks, which has led to waiting for the food, long past due, more often than not. Edit: okay. Simply don't order online. Just don't. I have done it five times so far, and only once have I received my food without incident. The first two times, the food wasn't ready on time. Both times they proceeded to serve customers in line (who had technically ordered ten to fifteen minutes after me) before even starting my already late order. The first time I watched this happen for ten minutes before complaining, which got them to finally start my order. The third time, everything was fine. The fourth time, it was a slow Tuesday, and the rice in my burrito bowl had clearly been sitting around for way too long. This order was takeout so I just ate my unappetizing crunchy brown rice instead of going back to get it fixed. Today I ordered a salad and got a burrito bowl. Doesn't seem like a big deal, unless you watch what you eat. Again, takeout, so I wasn't about to drive back to get the order corrected. I ate half of it and made myself some vegetables at home. Seriously, Qdoba N Atherton. Get your act together. Edit: act gotten together. Haven't had any issues with an order in a long time."

"Two stars based off what this store should/could be. The entrance- who tf thinks this is a welcoming design. To be thrust into single lane isles both coming, going and cross traffic immediately upon entering is a huge pain in A. Bought a cooked chicken for $10! Got it home and found it half cooked. Thanks. Expectations unmet. Sam’s can sell em all day long cooked properly for $5. I could go on. This store has all the makings to be great but fails miserably. I can’t bring myself to shop here anymore."
