"A great little biergarten nested in the bellows of Munich Airport (past security). I had a great Bavarian breakfast there, washed down with fresh beer, then my flight got cancelled so I went back there for pancakes and more beer staff was lovely, and always welcoming even though I basically spent an entire afternoon there. Add fast service, reasonable prices and very tasty food on top of it and you get a winner, and most defintely the best restaurant in an airport I have heen to lately!"

"This is my second time at the restaurant in the past year. I am from Canada and I now purposely fly into Munich knowing I will have a meal there. The atmosphere is wonderful. On both visits, the staff was very friendly and the owner came out and sat with us for a few minutes. If you speak Italian, the conversation will last a little longer. The food is amazing. I really like the Buffalo Mozzarella and tomato salad. The mozzarella comes from the south of Italy. Enjoy !We did have a little issue at the end of our meal, we were not able to pay for the meal with our Visa or MasterCard which left us scrambling for enough cash(Euros and Canadian) to cover the bill. They only take American Express or Cash."

"I bought a falafel tahini bowl, it was a lot of food even though I was very hungry. If I traveled with someone we could probably have shared the bowl and still been full. I like that they had it visible and well promoted as most planet friendly'. They were good at labelling their products as well!"

"Here is a café/bistro that should have some vegan options. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat here during my consideration because they closed early this day because of a technical problem... Selmans is located in Terminal 2 of Munich International Airport. Its location is quite central and easy to find because it is opposite the main duty-free shopping zone. (Personally, I was shocked that this part of the airport has so little food for vegans... Right next to Selmans there is an Italian café/bistro that has almost no vegan options. There the employees did not even know what was vegan and only suggested vegetarian options."
