"What a great sound up here! the restaurant is beautiful, a small pub in the hotel. the staff are very friendly and understand what is vegan. they have a sperate vegan menu with around 5 options, the whole food was freshly cooked, not reheated items. we had a curry that came up with a naan, mango chutney and popadum and a chili came up and afteros. very good portion sizes and large service. the tables in the winter garden where we sat, had a breathtaking view of the sea."

"We were last night in gatehouse, we had an excellent meal in restaurant that was eating 5 stars all staff are beautiful and very welcoming, our accommodation was nice to very comfortable nights sleep and dogs are very welcome, breakfast was excellent with beautiful toast and local fresh products, very recommend stay here very good thank you xx"

"We usually only keep here to get some chips, but I noticed that they have a new board with some vegan options! they have a choice of three and we have the vegan cheese and benevolent and meatless and kartoffel pisses that were absolutely delicious! they were also served with a side by wobelgravur and chips. the personal was very helpful in reviewing the ingredients and informed me about any possible cross-contamination. they would be highly recommended!"
