"Really pleased to have been recommended to this eatery by the person we rented from in Morgex. We are en-route to the U.K. and not wanting to stay overnight in France we found an apartment a few kilometres from Monte bianco so was ideal location. Very friendly staff and service. Our waitress spoke good English and helped explain the menu. Great food! Highly recommend. Thank you Da Beppe!"

"We stopped at this little roadside trattoria for lunch on the way to Courmayeur, only a few miles away. The place was full of locals, the menu is hand-written outside and verbally delivered inside by the owner. His wife does the cooking. We had a simple but excellent meal, starting with an shared antipasto of bresaola, followed by pasta with fontina, wild boar stew, dessert, coffees, and then grappa offered on the house. Including half a litre of local white wine at €6.50, the total bill was €40, excellent value for the food, service and local atmosphere. The restaurant itself is basic but comfortable. A nice place to go for a casual meal in Morgex."
