"We arrived to have our late lunch, ordered squid and prawn noodles off the menu. The business owner took the order, charge the money and left. Food was delivered to the table in tall and narrow paper containers. I started eating my stir fry after about three mouthfuls discovered it. It has no squid inside, had three shrimps and some cheap seafood stick. I went to the till to explain that I ordered it is not this dish. She said, oh well, she is out of squid. But she put in extra crabsticks. I said, well, should you have told me this when I placed the order; I don 't want to eat crabstick. I want my money back. She then said she does not give money back because I have already touched the food. I told her how else I could find out the missing squid. I unsuspectedly started eating obviously, when I realised what is going on. As per photos, it is obvious I had about three mouthfuls only. She then said she could not give my money back because she can 't resell the food she made (with the wrong main ingredient). No effort was made to compensate me. I paid £7.20 for a fish I did not eat. This place is a joke, and the owner is nasty, then she was slagging us to the cook in her mother tongue."

"The starter we had was absolutely gorgeous (halloumi fries), however, the main was very disappointing. I had fish chips and my husband had southern fried chicken burger and both of them tasted like they weren’t made fresh but were frozen. The texture for both of them weren’t great! I also don’t know if it’s just the time we went (Sunday lunchtime), but there was only one staff member serving, which meant that service was rather slow at least until another staff member started their shift. Service was alright though."
