"After living in heath for many years, and never trying tim’s I decided to finally try it. I wish I wouldn’t have. I could look past the wait time, as i know everyone is struggling with employees right now but I can’t look past the bad quality and customer service. Again, not really bothered by the wait time but you’d expect after having to wait 20 mins for a few donuts they would be fresh right? wrong. the bottoms were almost like rubber? But what really did it for me, was the iced coffee. If it wasn’t in a clear cup, i would have thought they gave me water. and they gave me the wrong size. I never write reviews, good or bad, and i feel bad even typing this out but i looked through the other bad reviews and it seems quality is a big issue. This needs fixed. My roommate said she used to work there and granted i can’t say they still do this to this day, but she had told me people go in around 3am to cook the donuts to last them all day. Of course i didn’t know this till after i brought the donuts home and said something about how awful they were but oh well. I suggest going to Starbucks down the road for the coffee, you won’t be disappointed. for the donuts, Jolly Pirates just down 30th. Best donuts ever and never a wait open 24/7."

"Everything we thought it would be and more we finally.made it when they were still open for the 1st time we kept just missing them and they only had long johns left and BUT best ones I have ever had In my life were still warm and huge for the price I wanted to try a Cin Roll so very badly and other things like oatmeal cream pie can't wait to try them hopefully soon best small business around in my opinion"
