"Preordered food by phone (on the 4th call someone finally went to the phone). When I picked up after 20 minutes, I had to wait another 15 minutes. Yufka was cold and not really pleasant. Pizza was ordered with salami and ham. I have Peperoniewurst and sausage. Salad was also with meat sausage instead of ham. We were very disappointed and will not eat there anymore. Shame"

"I ordered two family pizzas with sauce. The order came lately as if it wasn't enough to forget the sauce. They told me they'd bring it here. When I called after half an hour where the sauce was left, I was told they were on the way. 10 minutes later, I was called that they were before me. It wasn't that, 20 minutes after, they rang with me and brought the sauce. Never again! For me an apology would have been enough, but even I didn't get it."
