"One Sunday I came early to purchase food after church. The doors were open but the seafood was not out on display. The lady who I never saw before said they were not open but I could buy something from the refrigerator displays I didn't want ore package food the gentleman asked me what I wanted n said wait He went to back to get me snow crab legs. I decided to go to my car to change my shoes (still in church clothes . My car was in front of seaking seafood. When I turned around to enter the store the lady had pulled down the metal shutters preventing the door to open n me to enter. How unprofessional. If the lady (should I call her a lady? didn't want to serve me why did she offer the ore package food? that was such a cold insensitive non customary action. How rude. They need a course in customer care n professionalism. I left n did not purchase anything. They lost about $225 that day. N I haven't been back since."
