"I have been getting my orders from here through DoorDash for over a year because of the inability to drive because I broke my back. I order every 2 days the exact same iced decafs with the exact same flavor shots and flavor swirls (except when the actually post a new flavor). Sometimes you get an employee who nails it but often, either the milk isn’t in it or flavor shots but mainly they always don’t put in the flavor swirl! DoorDash can’t even call them because the number they list is disconnected to try to help me! I’m not using this location ever again! They have the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Are they just intentionally leaving out the flavor swirl to save costs for them? Well that just loses customers. When done right, Dunkin has the best coffee out there without added oils and chemicals. Just not this location and when you call yourself….they just don’t care and there’s never a manager around. It’s gone downhill at this location for sure!"

"I live about a mile away and was SO EXCITED when this Biggby opened. I usually go to the 11 and John r one so this was awesome. It 's been ok . I get lattes and they 're never consistent as far as taste. Their hours are VERY spotty. I get that the pandemic f 'd a lot of businesses, but they 're not even open for their reduced hours. They also have no listed phone number to check hours, and I was there earlier this week and they had no coffee or espresso...how? That being said, the employees are always courteous and personable. I don 't know what shenanigans they 're up to, but that 's not how you keep customers. Much rather drive to 11 and John R to know I can get what I want, when I want, and that I can call to confirm hours."

"Tip top as usual I get my coffee and candy, sometimes even a lottery ticket. Although once in a while the coffee machine dose spew out HOT water. Overall it's a good place to get a drink or snack."
