"Tucked away in a steep little valley near Souillac this trout farm is in a lovely setting. In summer, simply cooked trout dishes mostly barbecue or smoked are available. You can also purchase fresh trout straight from the pond to cook at home...or some smoked products and local walnuts. Those with an interest can catch their own fish from a lovely shaded pond. This is not gourmet food but it is delicious honest food. Well worth the short drive."

"Passing through the town of souillac after 2 days we chose to change the traditional recipe (salade perigordin, magret duck, foie gras .. sometimes released directly from the boxes ! ) on recommendations, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and service offered by this restaurantdu homemade with a flat menu dessert very copied for 19,5€ and a service with smile and efficiency .. than to say more ... we tested it Bravo!"

"Just dropped in when passing by, fancied something different and this didn't disappoint. We had the menu......very good flavours, and three courses. Would definitely go again if i was in the area. It was lovely and clean and the service was prompt."

"Je ne vous conseil pas ce restaurant, de l'entrée au café gourmant une honte.une serveuse désagréable, des plats de très mauvaises qualité, surement des produits décongelés, le pire le café gourmant les mignardises sont arrivées sur notre table encore congelé. nous avons pris un menu à 26€ qui ne les vaut vraiment pas.je ne recommande pas ce restaurant il vaut mieux manger un jambon beurre dans sa voiture avec une bouteille d'eau!!!!"
