In 1694, Frederick Christian von Plettenberg, the prince bishop of Münster, had a need for a representative house outside the stubborn Catholic Münster, where he had to live his high-hearted ambitions, in the municipal office in Münster this was limited only. For me roast duck breast with fruity couscous salad. The dishes served were definitely an eyewitness. Exotic my plate, the breast classic fried, pink juicy inside, on a underwater level of dark jus and a fruity bright sauce. Unusual the supplement that was basically a fruit salad with cousin.
