"We found this place a little out of the centre of town and away from the crowds in the harbour area on a sunny day. We were absolutely starving after a long 5 mile walk visiting the local country park and we were looking for a decent fish and chip shop. This place didn't disappoint it was great !! Really nice chips and fresh fish served in a handy cardboard box and nice, polite service. The mushy peas were decent too and good sized portions for a very fair price for a family of four. The boxes were handy for eating out of in the local park. Everyone was really happy with their meal just what we wanted. Fully recommend this place as a take away."

"Used this fish and chip shop for the first time a couple of months ago, only reason being that it was open until 10.pm where as far as I know other locals close at 9.pm or earlier. It was lovely fish and chips and also fried chicken and chips were very tasty. Would highly recommend and would not go anywhere else. Staff very polite and small portion was more than enough for us pensioners."
