"Yesterday I decided to order a pizza from this place via Just Eat, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. After confirming the order at 9.45pm, I noticed on Just Eat that the delivery time had been pushed back to 11.35pm. Despite being patient until 10.50pm, my order still hadn't arrived, and on the site it even showed as delivered, a move I assume was made to avoid problems. I called the restaurant, and they asked me to wait an additional 20 minutes. The pizza finally arrived at 11.35pm, over two hours after the originally scheduled time. The long wait and lack of clear communication was really frustrating. The pizza, when it arrived, was cold and not up to expectations."
