"Lebanon and Beyond is a cozy Lebanese restaurant housed in an art-deco building. They offer a range of traditional Lebanese dishes including lamb kofta, felafel and their famous garlic skewered chicken.<br>

I tried their skewered chicken and spinach pie on my visit last night. On the one hand, The chicken fillet/breast are marinated with paprika and grilled on a skewer. Juicy and tender, they are appetizing and delectable. On the other hand, the spinach pie was a little disappointing. The acidity of the sour marinate overwhelms the natural texture and flavour of spinach."
When the weather is pleasant you can also eat outside.

"Simon Food Favourites review. Tried the Hot Chips 3 small) which were cooked to order and quite nice. My friends Chicken Burger was well liked. Menu is reasonably priced and service was friendly and welcoming. Tables were clean and decor is simple. Might be tempted to try their Hamburger next time and perhaps their curries and naan being an Indian eatery."

My strategy is to buy a box with 2 dishes: something you can not go wrong, like a fried egg, and something a bit risky try to come early - even if you want it as a dinner More choices in the morning. (Learned my lesson: I missed the box with omelette and Teriyaki Chicken Combo). <br>

"Really shit ! Kebab nothing special, chips no good and very bad customer service ! Had a kebab and chips for a 17 dollars combo (very expensive, and seriously I promiss compared to Europe), was okey but nothing special. The reason why 1/10: when I asked for and a mayo sauce with my chips (which I payed 6 dollars for a small size/ the price of chips is so low)... they said I had to pay extra... what the f... never seen that before in the history of kebabs !!"

"This Indian Home Diner is no longer open. Wasn't very good anyway and apparently had received more than one notice/fine from the council health inspectors. .It has been replaced by a fast food shop which serves kebabs, hamburgers, fish and chips. The kebabs are OK but the rest is not very good at all. Funnily the place is still run by Indians so they also serve Indian fast food which is actually quite reasonable and helpings are very generous. You can get a huge plate of Indian food with 3 selections from the Baine Marie for under $10. Not bad for a quick bite or if you are hungry late and night as they stay open nearly all hours."

Yesterday celebrating 'National Fried Chicken Day' I was invited down to "The House Of Luis Tan" to give there already popular bucket of chicken the double up on a 2kg challenge. <br>
Not knowing what I was getting into I headed down to Bondi and along the way the staff were messaging me tell me how a few diners had tried, failed, shared and even vomited during the challenge of smashing the 2 buckets.<br>

Not only did I smash the challenge, collect the prizes but I ordered desserts after and stopped on the way home for a dirty kebab... This chicken is ridiculously good and on the norm Luis Tan offers a 1kg bucket for $12 - so if you are feeling a bit peckish do yourself a favour and dine at this hidden gem of an amazing place.<br>
