"A member of staff serving on the tills was pretty much barking orders for where everyone should stand in line. I realize this is the pandemic, but this coffee shop is one of the few opportunities for people to get out. As two of us...were waiting, meters apart, she barked at me to come back to the till in order to stay in line. When I suggested I was actually safer two meters away to allow the next girl to be served, she shouted at me in front of all of the customers and seemed to think she was entitled to speak with aggression and attitude. The coffee was also burnt and was tasteless. This place used to have great service and staff, deeply saddened its gone down hill so much. And would not wish to see anyone else experience such holier than thou attitude from a barista. Won’t be returning again."
