"We were seated at a table just one foot from the "preparation" table for their "hanging meat" in which they open flambayed pieces of hanging meat with a flaming liquor. The smell was overwhelming and we expressed concern about the open flame. We were in...full view of the restaurant manager, but he never interceded. Within seconds of getting menus, the young waitress asked what we wanted to drink, and even though we said we needed more time, she returned times within minutes, finally expressing exasperation that we would not order. The entire waitstaff were in such a hurry that relaxing was impossible, and frankly they were rude. After getting our bottle of red wine, the young waitress, again in a hurry, knocked a glass spilling onto our coats on an empty chair. She apologized by saying she did not do it on purpose! No one offered to replace the glass of expensive red wine that was spilled. The food was just OK, except that my very expensive Argentinian steak was raw, even though we asked for medium. All the food was expensive and portions were small. Tha restaurant was very noisy. When we got back to our hotel, we had to hang the clothes we were wearing, outside overnight to try to get the grease smell out. We would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, you would do better at Le Grange, a more refined experience"
