"I ordered a Carbonara but only received plain spaghetti covered in cream with ham. No seasoning. The spaghetti was almost swimming in sauce. Has nothing to do with a carbonara. Never again"

"Das war schon neu, eine Keule vom Rehbock wurde uns in hauchdünnen Scheiben als Carpaccio-paniert-gebraten serviert. Dazu Bandnudeln zu dick verarbeitet in einem Fettsee. Pfifferlinge fast o.k. aber auch die reichlich mit Öl gesegnet. Rehküchle (Pflanzerl) o.k., der Kartoffelsalat wie auch der Beilagensalat lediglich in Öl-Essig serviert, ohne Fond und Gewürze - sauer. All das waren keine wirklich überzeugenden Küchenleistungen und vor allen Dingen keine Werbung für die laut Prospekt praktizierte regionale Slow-Food-Küche aus Leidenschaft. Küchenmeisters Mutter hat dieses Ambiente bereits jahrelang als Cafe od. Suppenküche geführt. Im Inneren hat sich - so meinen wir - nichts verändert. Gewölbe eng und dunkel , wir hatten mehr jugendliche Leichtigkeit erwartet. Die ist in etwa im Garten umgesetzt worden. Der Service war ausgesporchen nett und schnell. Vermißten aber Hinweise zu der kochseitig vorgenommen Verwandlung einer Rehbockkeule zum panierten Rehbock-Schnitzelchen."
