"Ordered for delivery via UberEats. It was supposed to be a special mix box, however it was 90% donner meat. And the 2 naan were nothing like I've ever seen. "I just wanted to publicly say that Andrew's in Whitefield went above beyond for my mum! Basically, I ordered an UberEats for my mum who is housebound I wasn't able to get to her today to give her afternoon meal. Mum rung me three hours later to say that the food hasn't arrived. I tried to think about how quickly I could get food to mum. I rang Andrews, explained the situation Adel informed me personally her would make her a pizza deliver it to her himself within 15 minutes. He did so! Amazing customer service understanding. Don't always trust the big brands online companies. Speaking to a real person who understands is better."
