"Great fast casual Asian fusion restaurant. It is a build-your-own at the counter type of place, so you pick the basic framework, the protein, then the toppings you want and the staff builds it for you as you move on down the line. "My experience was good. One hour before graduation into an empty restaurant (no surprise), two more customers came to me. Jim, the night leader, welcomed me immediately and was my server; the waiting staff had gone to the evening. After a short wait, my salad arrived; within 9 minutes, the duck was served on carmelised onions and mushrooms with syrup tips. Jim checked if I was satisfied with the meal and we were talking briefly. The place was clean, the food was fine, the manager was friendly, attentive and professional."

"The bathroom's are clean and sanitary so I commend you for that. However what business would turn away a paying customer because they were trying to pay with a $50 bill? The cashier told me she could not break my 50 unless I was going to buy at least $35 worth of product. I went to the 7-Eleven across the street to buy the exact same items and they had no problem breaking my 50. I would not be frustrated had I not been in a hurry this morning and the fact that the whole point of being a convenience store is to simply be convenient, well it would have been REAL convenient to not have to wasted my time at your store under the assumption you would accept my legal tender. I'll just go to 7-Eleven from now on to avoid further issues ?"

"I love Einstein’s for their yummy bagels and bagel sandwiches. Their chocolate mudslide cookies are to die for! However, this location of Einstein’s is consistently slow in the morning. I always order a bagel toasted with butter. Half of the time I drive away and when I reach into the bag, they've only buttered one half of the bagel instead of both sides!"
