"I'm a big guy and can put the food away but this place gives you more food than even I would care to take in one sitting. Best if half is kept for leftovers the next day. On top of that the food is actually really good. Every time I've eaten here the sushi is fresh, the rice is cooked right and all the meats are well seasoned but not over seasoned. Recommended 100"

"We came here after church for lunch. The food was hot and soooo good! It was brought out just minutes after ordering. The staff was very friendly. The pricing was reasonable for 6 people. The food was brought out in to go boxes to the table so clean up and packing up was simple. Overall, excellent experience."

"Stop by on labor day after a date day with the hubby. I never write reviews but I feel like I need to on this one. With all the covid mess going on right now actually eating in a restaurant is a treat itself but the manager FRANK went completely out of his way to make sure our meal was perfect. He explained their safety measures as far as the virus is concerned then checked our order. He came by again to make sure everything was still ok. He made sure our drinks were what we ordered then he recommended another kind and we tried it and loved it. This is why I feel like I needed to brag on this restaurant. As a normal thing you never see the manager. He WAS there. He made sure EVERYTHING was right and had the best personality ever. The restaurant was spotless and food was amazing. We now have a new date night go to.. and EVERY manager should be like FRANK!!!!"

"Always worth the visit. When we're in the Morristown area, our schedule is about breakfast at Hillbilly's Cabin. The food is always fresh and very tasty. My favorite is the western omelet with salsa, which is embroidered above. The vegetables are crisp and the meat is delicious. I usually add a page of home roasted potatoes and wheat bread toast. The waitresses are friendly and personal. The price is always right. This morning I took my wife and oldest daughter. Our bill was just $25. We tend to engrave towards smaller mother and pop operations. Such a refreshing change from the run of the big franchise restaurant chains."
