"I’ll start this off with the fact that I used to LOVE coming to Perkins. Always used to be open 24 7, so when I get off work at or often after 11pm I would always make the 30 45 minute drive to town to eat. I’m deeply saddened that this is no longer possible unless it’s on the weekend found this out after driving to town .I decided tonight to make the journey, only to be let down again. : I arrived at 2:07 am on May 8th. Was promptly seated and waited patiently for the server.. and waited… and waited.Approximately 10 15 minutes later I received my drink. Then I continued to wait for the server. There were 4 5 other tables in the restaurant, two of which seemed to have already eaten, and were visiting amongst themselves. Around 2:25 2:30 the server approached and asked what I would like to have, I asked for the honey crunch salad my go to, and typically quick item . By this time another table had come in and ordered their food sandwiches or burgers from what I could see . As I waited for my salad, I noticed that the other table had already received their food and had nearly completed their meal. I was contemplating on leaving around 2:57, I’m hypoglycemic and my blood sugar was dropping, I needed to eat something and soon. Should have ordered pie first I suppose My salad came out at 3:01 am as the other table who came in 10 15 minutes after I did received their check.The lettuce was crisp and cold, however so was the chicken. But by this time My sugar level was so slow I was starting to shake so I decided to finish it.Completed my meal at 3:07. An hour after I arrived. Unfortunately I wish this was the only experience I’ve had lately with Perkins. I also had two unfortunate experiences with Perkins in Des Moines in the last few weeks also. :"

"Got the buffalo chicken sandwich. Asked for no blue cheese. Got blue cheese. Also asked for ranch. Got no ranch. Kinda upsetting. I can't even eat the sandwich anymore. Didn't realize till I was already 35 minutes away back home.But with that said. I'd still come back and try again."
