"I was so impressed with this little place. What a gem! They have so many menu items to choose from! The food is delicious and the service is exceptional! They really go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your meal. The staff is mostly family and they make you feel like a part of their family! I am not easily impressed with service in Phoenix but this place has it all! There's a lovely view of the mountains and the cafe itself is charming. They have daily specials hand written on the outside before you walk in. On the menu the items highlighted in red are their specialties. The pancakes are cooked to perfection. Fluffy inside and crispy on the outside. I had the chicken fried steak as well (it's one of their specialties) and it was also cooked perfectly with a generous amount of meat. This is definitely a hidden gem"

"Usually we get AMAZING service from a young Hispanic gentleman. But today there was a young Hispanic girl named Alica who had an evil attitude about us to not ask for ice cream in our drinks. She rolled her eyes and huffed as we ordered. Not appropriate if you ask me."

"I purchased coffee today at 5925 west baseline RD, Laveen, before the cashier handled the cup she accidentally dropped it. She got a mop and Clean the whole area and started fixing my coffee without washing her hands. I gently asked her if she can wash her hands. She said that the mop is clean and she does not need to. I left without coffee and money and this is not the first time in same store."

"I love going here. The food is great, and the portion sizes... Let's just say you won't leave hungry. I have eaten here many times and and at different times of the day. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. I do mainly breakfast, and on my last visit, not only did my server wait on me, but so did many of the others including the managers. My coffee cup was never empty. I have recommended this place to many people, friends and coworkers. For great food and greater service, if you're in the area, stop here."
