"I went in to try to order food while waiting for my laundry across the street. The drive thru window was long, which is fine. I didn't think much of it. When I get to the window, the first employee went to ask the typical questions about ordering a new item and when I went to order, another employee popped in over the speaker to announce that their card reader was down. I wasn't irritated at that, though, I didn't have cash. What upset me was that I asked for some way that we could come to a compromise, as in me paying in person but ordering there since the line was long. I had to sit and wait in a line for no food or discount offered or anything. She essentially told me there was no way of handling the situation, which was annoying. I've worked food industry for 7 plus years and it was not the way to handle a customer. She made no effort to apologize for the inconvenience or anything. I get bad days at work, but, it was not handled well"

"Placed an online order on the app. Went to pick up and got my food. The food was fresh and tasty. Just really disappointed because I paid for 3 extra sauces which were 75 cents and didn't receive any of them. Which is a huge letdown especially since I paid for them if there were free It wouldn't be an issue."

"I ordered Burrito supreme from them and I didn’t check it until i got home, and when i opened it, it was a regular one and cold!!! but they charged me for the supreme!!I called and they told me that the Manager her name is Adna or something told them that the people have to drive all the way back and drop the food off to be able to make them a new one!! What management does that.This place professionalism and quality has been going down since they did the remodel.If you know a different place then I suggest you go there instead of this place."
