"You would think with the price you have to pay for a medium hot caramel macchiato at $4.19 plus tax that they would at least make it where it's drinkable and hot. Doesn't look anything like the picture does. Do better. Seems like every time I order a coffee from them it's like false advertisement. I've probably gotten one out of five coffees right ever that I've ordered"

"I went thru the drive thru and ordered two Carmel frappe s . They gave me one with a spec of whip cream. I had to ask for them to please put the whip to the top. Then I waited for over 30 minutes for my other frappe. They brought me one and it had chocolate on the whip cream. I asked for a Carmel not mocha and for the whip cream to be to the top please. She brings me the same one with whip on top of the chocolate. I asked for Carmel again she went in I waited for about 10 more minutes and finally went in and got a manger to make my drinks."
