"Order online should be a simple process. that was a hot chaos. what should have taken 5 minutes, took 30 minutes; first I was told that I was waiting at the doorstep when no one else was in the restaurant and no one in the driveway, but I. then we waited (my partner and I) for at least 15 minutes, observed how others went through the journey and went inward and left. I had to go inside to get the attention of the staff. when we checked our order, we found that all 3 sandwiches were wrong, all missing cheese and one with an add-on that should not be there at all, the shake was wrong, my sauces were wrong, had no apples or the poppers. So I went in to fix it. the manager apologised and ordered everything to be done and told me to keep the chaos. another employee, the woman who went through the drive, came by and asked what I needed, I said it was treated, but answered her question. she took all the things and threw them away after the manager expressly said that I should keep them before I could say anything else. What the hell is that? If I could give it 0 stars, I would."
