"First off, I have been in Vancouver BC for the last few years and fell in love with sushi, so when I came home to visit my parents and saw that Jackson finally got a sushi place I was excited to take my dad there to try it. Total letdown. They had a very limited selection of nigiri and rolls, all of which you could tell was not fresh at all. The nigiri had paper thin slices of fish, the salmon was warm and sticky, the tuna had an odor and looked half cooked so I wouldn't touch them. The rolls were a little better, but all of the rice was dried out and sticky.On the other hand, I'm glad we tried their hot food first, otherwise I would not have paid for the horrible sushi and just left. They did have a very broad selection of hot dishes and hibachi items, most of which were decent. Not overly salty like some buffets, but lacking in any flavor overall. My dad was disturbed by that fact that he had to go thru 4 plates to get a clean one.The tables, booths, and bathrooms appeared clean tho. The staffs hospitality could use some work. Not one employee smiled, the young man that showed us to our table barely said 2 words when asking what drinks we wanted, the young lady that brought the drinks never said a word or smiled or even looked at us. Not one of them said enjoy, thank you, have a nice day, nada, yet when we paid they sure expected a tip. I understand Asian culture is a bit different from American culture, but that's not the issue here and certainly no way to treat paying customers and expect them to come back. And we most certainly will never be back."

"I have lived in another condition for 5 years that have no long john silver, so I went there and ordered a lot to eat. everything was really fat, nothing was fresh and very hard. I thought I'd break a tooth trying to puppy the hush. I spent $46 getting a lot of food for everyone and ended up throwing 95% of it in the garbage. I don't think they changed their oil in the month. and I'm pretty sure they don't make the food fresh, they'll probably leave it under the heat lamp."

"Looks as if this place really had a new owner, so we ordered 2lbs rib tips, fries brotsticks over the door dash. I am not ready to order pizza from this place but the rib tips were fired!"
