"We have loved S&W for years but our experience this week was definitely not as good as we remembered. The server was quick to tell us how to order and even once what to order. We ordered burrata, popovers and tuna for apps. All were excellent! But our server never offered or brought the delicious signature bread. When entrees arrived 2/4 steaks were considerably over cooked which we pointed out to the server and he just brushed it off. Steaks were only ok and not worth worth the price as they were so over cooked and much too charred on the outside. Sides were too salty. It is a bummer because it’s such a great location but I’m not sure we’d go back because it is high cost for not great food."

The service has always been amazing and the servers are attentive. Hands down some of the best raw bar items that you can get your hands on. "I was craving soft serve and this place definitely fulfilled my craving! Nothing better than ice cream on a cold winter day when you don't have to worry about anything melting so quickly. I came on a Saturday night and was so excited to try their soft serve with cotton candy blast, but unfortunately, they are no longer serving cotton candy so instead, I got birthday cake blast. This soft serve is an upgrade of McDonald's and they packed so much the lid didn't even close properly. It's smooth, it's tasty, not too creamy, but has a perfect consistency. The birthday cake blast was good, a bit sweet, but not the same expectation I had since I wanted to try their cotton candy flavor. It looks like the blast flavor is mixed it well on the outside, but the flavor dissipates as you eat towards the middle. They were also out of their raspberry sorbet, so instead tried their lemon sorbet which was tart and tasted like Italian ice. I'll definitely be back one day to try out their other flavors of ice cream!"

"We changed the reservation earlier that day from 4 to 8. The table behind the hostess station is not my favorite spot to be, but apparently, that is where large parties fit. There were 2 of us with allergies, and the staff, including people from the kitchen, could not have been more accommodating! There were several checks and balances from them several times, to make sure the guests would not have an allergic reaction! I have not seen a restaurant as attentive as that before, although I’m not one of those with an allergy. The food was very good and could not have been better! We sat for a long time after dinner and dessert, and were not made to feel we needed to give up our table. It was a lovely evening all around!"

"The worst location, the worst customer service, the worst management, the worst attitude. If the staff have the slightest issue with you they will deliberately make your order wrong. In fact your coffee may not contain any coffee in it at all and will just be a cup of watered down milk with no flavor added. You can watch them not put any coffee in the cup at all and then proceed to gaslight you if you question it. Despite enjoying coffee everyday for over a decade and being able to tell that there is definitely no coffee in that cup. Despite going to other locations and having competent, friendly staff members make the drink perfect each time where you can clearly see, taste, smell, compare the difference. Despite having other people try my coffee and confirm it.If you politely and calmly ask for your drink to be fixed, after the 6th day of this happening to you in a row, they will get mad at you instead of correcting it. The supervisor will enable this, deny you a refund, will fight you on getting a replacement drink and lie to your face. If they eventually make you a new drink after a uphill battle it will be slightly better than the first one but still stripped down and missing some key components you paid extra for. You have to go in-person to resolve anything because if you politely phone in they will abruptly hang the phone up on you. Mid sentence… I’ve only called once and this was the reaction.Either 1) the machines broken and no longer dispenses coffee, 2) The staff member is making the same mistake everyday by accident, or 3) This is happening on purpose. I don’t know what is worse, honestly.. I’ve been to so many DD locations across multiple states, cities/towns, interacting with dozens of amazing staff members with no issues. “Unprofessional” doesn’t cut it, this location is toxic."
