"The second time I visited in a month with problems ,,, just needed a quick pit stop chose the drive thu ... big mistake ! it took 15 minutes to get to place the order ,,, appx 3 mins to pay THEN ,,, my food was not ready for collection,,,, told to wait in the bay outside ,, further 5 mins wait ,,,so went in to chase my food ,,,, which was just being bagged up... !! grrrr went back to the car only to find items missing !! management needs a BIG shake up !!"
