"Wir waren zum 60. Geburtstag als Überraschungsbesuch angereist und hatten für eine Nacht (10/11 September) ein Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück gebucht, was auch kurzfristig geklappt hat. Wir fanden bei unserer Ankunft sehr freundliches, aufmerksames Personal vor, das uns den Schlüssel für unser gebuchtes Zimmer überreichte. Wir fanden ein aufgeräumtes sauberes und kühles Zimmer vor (es war an diesem Tag sehr war draussen). Nachdem wir unsere Sachen im Zimmer verstaut hatten, gingen wir auf die Außenterrasse zum Essen. Die Bedienung fragte uns höflich nach unserem Wunsch und brachte uns das bestellte Essen (was sehr vorzüglich zubereitet war und super schmeckte) nach sehr kurzer Wartezeit. Am Abend feierten wir mit unserem Cousin dann auf der Außenterrasse seinen 60. Auch hier wurden wir vom freundlichen, zuvorkommenden Personal bestens bedient und auch die Speisen waren sehr proffessinell,lecker und schmackhaft zubereitet. Die Nacht verbrachten wir auf sauberen Betten mit sehr guten Matratzen. Ein Highligth war noch das morgendliche Frühstück, das uns eine stabilere Dame ich meine, sie hieß ?? Lydia Bensch, servierte. Sie war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets um unser Wohlwollen bemüht, wo wir beide der Meinung waren, das sich viele Hotels und Restaurants so ein nettes Dienstpersonal wünscht. Abschließend möchte ich noch Anmerken, wenn wir wieder einmal in Trittau übernachten, wird es mit Sicherheit der "Lauenburger Hof" sein.Gerhard und Elisabeth Pudel"

"We were 2 adults from a Friday on SundayBefore to me: can be that I am a little pampered as I work in a 4 star house (also have learned and also rarely stayed in youth hostels (actually not at all). To the place: quiet, modestZum Hotel: has a feeling of youth hostel, very thin walls to the bathroom. We had room 6 which is located at the bottom right next to the laundry clip where motgens is washed off by 7 o'clock washing. Otherwise even more modest. Lt. Website is the hotel Stomansche Schweiz (why always To the room: we had a standard double room. As a result of the fact that we had one flattering, the window shade (which did not even darken up, because everyone else could look in. No 'don't disturb' card. No climate (was not so warm for happiness, Tv also only worked conditionally and did not even have the standard transmitters. No TV list where is where is the sender (the stations were somewhere om thousand enriched!? To the bathroom was only a thin drywall (or plasterboard, so you could hear everything in it, everything (so also the water shower we did not use. There was only one toothbrush cup. 1 small wardrobe with 3 brackets for 2 persons.Personal: friendly but somewhat spoiled. No real allocation at the tables, no matter whether lunch or evening or breakfast in the morning. The chef/owner (cannot be interpreted also makes the check-in. At arrival no information about breakfast times (not found anywhere on the Internet. You had to ask everything. At noon/dinner: at the sauces I wasn't sure I thought these were finished. I had a steak (as ordered in the pictures with croquettes. I ordered the steak medium, so did it. My friend had ordered his well-done/medium, with him it was well-done, on demand this was fried again. I still tasted and that's important to me.To pay: after dinner we tried to draw a waiter's attention to us in vain. Either nobody was there or we were overlooked, but could also be at the position where we were sitting (has had this in another restaurant too. Also, it surprised me that the chef/owner took the drinks from us. Since we had several hours driveway and asked if we could pay for it later (unfortunately only bar one made an exception. Otherwise, as restaurant and room are separated, you have to pay everything immediately. A bit strange but everyone makes it different.My conclusion:Can You don't have to do, you don't have to.To go through, and maybe there's one floor higher in a room.We were only there to sleep, otherwise we were invited to a celebration."
