"Passing through to drink a coffee, the unfriendly waiter as soon as we arrived, we ordered our coffees then when it was time to pay (cash, don't take credit card) accused us of counterfeit money for a 10 euro note which must surely have passed to the washing machine and which has rubbed off a little. After checking by his manager, he said that it was indeed a real one but refused to take it, we gave him another one and he did not even apologize for inconveniencing us in front of all the customers. "Three of us had a truly enjoyable lunch on a shaded patio overlooking a small stream. We each had the Menu du Jour which included a great salad plate with charcuterie for starters, then we all chose the veal that included French fries and a vegetable. We finished with a dessert. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful, even though they did not speak English. The final total was 15 euros per person, a great value for everything we had."
