"Really nice place, however the rooms are really outdated, a very bad smell in the room, the bedding is torture for the lower back, go to Decathlon to buy an inflatable mattress before... I told reception that the bed was really uncomfortable and dug over time, I was told that the mattress was new, I suggested to the person at reception to come and look at the mattress and tell me confirm that it was indeed new, this person refused, surprising... "We were disappointed by this overpriced snobby restaurant. In a beautiful setting and a wonderful building, the food was really poor. The dishes were bland and not really hot. The choices on the special menu were limited. There must be better places nearby."

"Alors tout d'abord il faut que je vous dise que j'avais réservé pour une table de 8 personnes huit jours avant notre venue...arrivée là...pas de table de prête, il ne restait plus q'une table pour 6 personnes et ensuite des tables avec des bancs...dans notre groupe il y avait trois personnes de plus de 70 ans...et je ne les voyais pas lever la jambe pour s’asseoir...attention je ne dis pas que 70 ans est vieux...mais ces dames ont eu des problèmes de genoux et hanches et je recherche toujours une accessibilité facile...donc parking prés du restaurant ce qui en soit est bien..pour la table...nous avons quand même réussi après bien du mal à avoir une table de plus pour faire nos 8 places...j'ai presque eu l'impression que le serveur attendait que je soulève la table moi même...bref...un peu refroidie des le départ...ensuite assez pressé de prendre la commande des apéros, alors que nous avions le temps..surtout qu'au bon accueil c'est ouvert toujours puisqu'il y a en plus les locations pour les balades dans le marais...nous avons commandés, pétillants, cocktails de fruits sans alcools qui étaient assez bons, et mon époux une bière...une Triple secret des Moines bière bien connue dans l'Audomarois mais aussi partout en France et hors de France...il est presque certain que celle ci n'était pas celle demandé mais une Bière de Saint omer..qui est bonne aussi mais moins à son gout et surtout d'un tarif inférieur...ensuite pour les plats un choix assez restreint, mais on dit toujours que c'est gage du fait maison...alors leur Welsh, bon, mais personnellement je trouve dommage que le jambon ne soit pas découenné et la tartine du fond même pas grillée et pas badigeonné de moutarde..mais bon c'était goutu quand même...par contre certains du groupe ont pris le Pootjwlesch...et comment dire....c'était navrant...pour l'une deux morceaux de viande...pour l'autre la viande dure..et le pire c'est qu'à voir arriver les assiettes on aurait dit une bouillie de gelée et non pas une jolie gelée qui tient bien la viande comme il se doit..et pour les amateurs de poissons...même pas un plat...bref déçue...le dessert je n'en n'ai même pas pris.un petit café à suffit..et au final une erreur d'addition...avec une patronne désagréable tout au long du repas qui ne s'est pas arrangé quand j'ai signalé l'erreur....c'est dommage car le cadre est très beau...alors peut être sommes nous tombés le mauvais jour...mais sincèrement je ne le recommande pas vraiment...cordialement"
