"A great deal to be desired!. This cafe is extremely overpriced! The coffee tasted like water with milk in it and and the muffin was small and underwhelming. When I complained to a cafe staff member about the coffee he argued with me that it was the best coffee in town and told me everyone likes it and waved his hand to a completely empty cafe! I said that if he expected me to pay for a small cappuccino I expected it to taste like coffee. It did not end well.<br br/>After this unexpected and unpleasant start to the morning I walked down the street to Banjos and had the most delicious apricot danish I have ever tasted and a fulsome rich cappuccino with cheerful, smiling attentive staff members who wished me a wonderful day and all for two-thirds of the price charged by the above mentioned cafe. <br br/>The first thing to do to fix the identified problems in the above mentioned cafe is to bring prices into line with everyone else. The second thing is to review the items they have on offer for value and quality. The third thing is to book staff into the local TAFE for a course on customer service and, more importantly, customer service recovery!!"

L' amabilité du personnel est presante tout le longt du repas malgré le monde. La cuisine est bonne, la choucroute bien fourni sans être dans l'excès. Vous disposez de 2 cartes.une en suggestion et une de cuisine du terroir et en prime vous avez les petits conseils de la serveuse qui se révèlent judicieux . Manger sur la terrasse fut bien agréable. Le service est juste dans le tempo.ni trop rapide ni trop lent.bon rapport qualité/ prix.(24€ le menu)"

"Fantastic lodging, fantastic restaurant below. We stayed one night and ate lunch in the winstub and had breakfast the following morning. Tremendous service from start to finish, and excellent food. The lunch that I ate was one of the best meals that I had during an eight day trip through Alsace. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5"

"Accueil sympa service sympa , la matière première est bonne, dommage que le cuisinier a la main trop lourde sur le poivre , je n ai malheureusement pas pu terminer car j avais la bouche en feu , je demande du pain a la serveuse en lui expliquant que les plats était trop beaucoup trop poivré , et là ou je suis très déçus c est que ailleurs on m aurais propose de changer les assiette , là on ma répondu tout simplement que le cuisinier c est loupé , donc j ai demande l addition puis nous sommes partis , aucune pub ne sera fait de ma part , sinon le cadre est joli."
