"Earlier today I had lunch with friends at the Wagner German Bakery. We ordered the currywurst, the chicken schnitzel and a pretzel for me. I have to say these dishes are really, really hearty - they are very satisfying, indeed! <br>

I had the pretzel as a starter and it didn't disappoint! Mine was a little tougher today than usual, but I'll let it happen - I just like it so much! <br>

I especially liked the potato salad next to the schnitzel - tangy and with a little spicy kick. I just wish the chicken was a little less cooked - mine was a little overcooked, and while it was crispy it was a bit chewy and a bit difficult to cut. <br>

The currywurst was excellent and I was very happy with it - and so were my friends! <br>

Overall, apart from the little bits and pieces, the experience was extremely satisfactory! Would definitely come back here again! <br>

P.S. I very much hope to meet Mr. Angelo Wagner soon. I would really like to know more about his restaurant."

"Burgers were the only positives of our dinner tonight. Rosemary chicken subpar. Poutine so-so. Alfredo too few."

"I mentioned in my review at Robinson's Otis branch that I'm not a fan of French Baker. I just like their pastries. Anyway, my friends and I had plans for dinner and since I was late, I told them to go ahead and decide where they want to eat. They told me they're in French Baker (because my balikbayan friend wanted to try their lasagna) I thought they were joking at first! I asked them, why?? Are you guys serious?? Because there are a lot of other restaurants to choose from. And there is also a branch of French Baker in Robinson's Otis which is near our work place. Why would we eat at a restaurant which also has a branch near our office!!! They told me they are already seated. Haha okay fine. We ordered the group meal, which I think is not in the menu at Otis' branch. It consist of pasta platter (carbonara or spaghetti) potato wedges & chicken, 4 potato salads, annato rice, iced tea pitcher and 2 cake slices (we chose strawberry shortcake & coffee crumble). We also ordered lasagna. The last time I ate here was ages ago, when I was still a student and I remember that this branch have the best lasagna???????????? I've tried one in Otis but it is really different compared to this branch. Our other orders were really yummy also. I noticed they have less varieties on the pastries, limited choices."
