"Great service, excellent food and a beautiful and well organized environment. only negative point was the dessert, we ordered pettit gateau and it came dry in, but nothing very serious, the banana dessert with chocolate and ice cream was divine. we're back!"

"Tive uma experiência maravilhosa no Zeni Sushi. Funcionários muito ateniosa ao nos prepare uma table no tatame, os orders that fazía chegavam muito rapids, com uma qualidade and flavor sem equal. A variety of fried pratos, quentes and as tickets we like quite a lot. Sashimis, suhis, combined bons muito stavam. O salmão grelhado estava muito bom e bem temperado, gostei quite das trouxinhas de salmão, peixe branco flambado de entrada, Ceviche de salmão. Fomos muito bem attended, uma otima experiência, qualidade e recepção. Let's win over a conta do anniversariante do dia muito boa. Voltarei em brief."

"O ambiente é ok. Atendimento muito ruim, o lugar estava super vazio, era um dia de semana na hora do almoço, só tinha a gente (eu e uma amiga), eram 3 garçons para atender e mesmo assim ninguém sequer dava atenção. Para pedir uma água ( e ela chegar) tive que solicitar umas 3 vezes, pois o garçom esquecia. Pra completar tinha acabado o atum, e ele só avisou isso depois que a gente já tinha feito o pedido do rodizio, então solicitamos um desconto no rodizio, já que no meu caso, não gosto muito de salmão e como praticamente tudo com atum. O moço desviou o assunto e disse que ia ver com a dona, que estava o tempo inteiro ali e sequer nos deu atenção. No final, depois da gente comer um rodizio bem meia boca (e não muito barato , custava aprox R$ 33,00 no almoço dia de semana) , pedi um banchai, ou qualquer chá japonês, e o garçom despreparado me diz que tem apenas ICE TEA !!!! Ninguém merece ouvir isso...E não tinha nenhum tipo de chá...

"Na noite de ontem 02/03/2016 fui conhecer o restaurante Naê Sushi, eu e mais um grupo de 4 pessoas. Chegamos por volta de 20 hrs, como o andar de baixo estava lotado, resolvemos subir, porem ao subir vi que as mesas eram estilo tatame, você teria que sentar em umas almofadas, como sou alta e um dos meus amigos também seria impossível sentarmos, então subiu o funcionário da casa chamado MILTON para nos atender. Falamos para ele que o salão de baixo estava lotado e que naquela parte de cima não daria pra sentar por éramos altos e quem e alto sabe a dificuldade que iríamos passar, então o Thiago (meu amigo) solicitou ao funcionário se poderíamos sentar na varanda (a varanda estava vazia e com as cadeiras em cima da mesa), mas não vimos problemas em sentar la, pois era o único lugar que teria pra sentar, a resposta do funcionário MILTON de forma pedante e ate mesmo arrogante foi: "Se você descer e pedir ao gerente e ele liberar!", então o Thiago questionou: "Você não poderia chama-lo ou descer e perguntar, pois somos em 5" e o Milton voltou a falar grosseiramente: "Não, vocês tem que descer e pedir permissão!".<br>

Na mesma hora eu me levantei e disse que iria embora, como consumidora o mínimo que eu espero de estabelecimento é ser bem atendida, ainda mais quando eu estou pagando por um serviço. <br>

Cheguei no balcão e solicitei falar com o gerente para informar o ocorrido e a forma grosseira que fomos tratados, nisso estava entrando 6 pessoas no restaurante que ouviram o meu descontentamento com o estabelecimento e também foram embora.<br>

A pior / melhor propaganda de um lugar é o boca a boca, os estabelecimentos brasileiros precisam reeducar seus funcionários e ensinar como devem atender seus clientes. Não estamos pedindo um favor, estamos pedindo um serviço de respeito!<br>
