"Food and service was good! I'd definitely come back. All I had was good except the shu mai LOL. Idk, why I did that. I noticed that the service was bad, but we had no problems. There were only 2 servers on the ground, considering that there was a whole house, I think they were very attentive. The only thing is that I allergic to avocado in the allergy box, but I still have avocado in my role. (Make my fault because I didn't notify our server either. But it wasn't a big deal. I just picked it up. Thanks for the good experience!"

"This place is fantastic. Great service, good cuts of meat, so much food you'd better bring a spare stomach. Highly recommend the seafood pancake!!! A little on the pricey side but that was our own fault for over ordering and getting the beer!"

"Love their food!! I've tried other Hawaiian BBQ but always come back to Ono even though the one in my hometown closed during the pandemic. We always get their spam matsubi! Soooo good! There is a lot of different options with low carbs and smaller portions (their mini plates) and seafood. Their Hawaiian BBQ mix with the ribs is the best one! Did I mention their macaroni salad is by far the best compare to the other surrounding Hawaiian BBQ restaurants?!? You can also fill up your own sauces at their sauce station. As many as you like! I don't know why Ono only gets 3.5 stars but we love it! No complaints here!"

"! beware worst! I don't write reviews, but the service I received from this place was terrible! we ordered 3 different types of drinks from the menu, and we said they had only water or koks from the dose. we didn't think the drinks were easy, so we went on and ordered our food. we were the only people in the restaurant, but it took 30 minutes to get our food. only one plate to the time would come out, and when she was on my plate, which was only fried rice and pork, they said they were made of pork. what? how does it take 30min to tell me that they did not make the ingredients to make my food? at this point we shared the food we got. As soon as I got the scary, I noticed that because of the size of my party they had added a 18% gel. (4 adult and a baby) if only 3 people actually got eaten. Never come back! the manager didn't even apologize. not that I'm looking for one. but her business is doing the right thing. I always give men the advantage of the doubt and I am an excellent type, but that was not rude and unpredictable."
