"Last visit 29. January 2019--I have returned my rating to four stars as the service and food have significantly improved! The atmosphere is back to a kindness and service! I leave my previous complaint here for now, as the manager who was retired apparently still works there, but tries to make a change for the better, so I will continue to hold judgment until I see it for me. 10/20/18 Update: This was a five-star rating, but when I took my children for dinner last week, the so-called manager was the most grouchy curmudgeon I had the misfortune to deal with for a long time. He took our orders, misunderstood everything and never apologized. How he couldn't wait to retire. I'll wait until he tried to come back here. There was also a disgusting large population of flies that we ate like us. No, it drives back to the egg that it was once. -Original Rating: This is the first time I've been here since 2015. The last time was terrible; High school children goofing out in the kitchen area, dirty and ice-cold cold dining room and subpar food. Everything's gone! There was a much needed change of facility, service and quality of food! The dining area has been completely renovated and now offers a warm mix of wood and exposed bricks and the temperature was also convenient! The food and service corresponds to the inviting experience that the dining room generates. And especially for me and my family, NO TELEVISIONS! ! The background music is classic light rock, unobtrusively played. I am pleased to say that the Burger King is back in Springboro and I look forward to coming back soon."
